He said that the program was called Mars Colony Corporation, and that Russia, China and the United States were responsible. He was an officer in the Mars Defense System branch.

According to his claims, he received training at the Lunar Operations Command, both on Saturn and on the moon. His collaborations are said to include the Insectoids, Reptillians and Grey Aliens.
